Mites and Miticides! Know what to do!

        The recent HOT/DRY weather has promoted Mite activity on Evergreens, including Albertus Spruce, Colorado Spruce, Norway Spruce, Hemlocks, and Firs. Mite damage can often be seen when the needles start to look brown, or dusty in color. The solution: Spray before the population grows to minimize plant stress.
